II. Pulsed Magnetic Therapy System
The Impulse Line pulsed magnetic system is one of the best I've ever seen and that's why we use it in our
practice and sell it to serious horsemen who need 24/7 access to therapy tools. A programmable computer enables the
user to custom tailor treatments to meet the needs of the individual horse whether its a conditioning issue, rehabilitation,
or just relaxation after hard work. Go to www.sportinnovations.net for more info. If you'd like a demonstration of the equipment, please contact Michigan Equine Therapy and we'll
schedule an appointment for you.

Specifically created for the 'hard to fit' horse, Equi-Pedic pads contain memory foam that conforms to the horse's

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
$75 Includes pre-treatment evaluation, deep tissue sports (full body) massage, and written report with recommendations.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY $75 Includes detailed pre-treatment evaluation, treatment of affected area(s),
and written report with recommendations. MFR is a hands on therapy modality that addresses the three dimensional web of fascia
in the body. Using specific techniques and pressure of prolonged periods of time, we can assist the body in releasing
scar tissue or adhesions that cause pain, limit range of motion, and decrease performance.
PHOTONIC THERAPY
$ 35 + Based on principles of acupuncture, using a mid-range light emiting diode (LED) to stimulate acupuncture
(or energy centers) points on the body, thus stimulating the body's own internal healing capabilities. Basic
treatment consists of the standard health maintenance points. Additional treatment areas for illness or injury charged
on a case-by-case basis.
MAGNETIC THERAPY $1.00/minute ($25 minimum) State-of-the-art pulsed magnetic
therapy for horses. The Impulse Line is programmable so that frequency, intensity, and duration of treatment can all
be modified to address specific needs of the individual. Treatments range from 20 to 60 minutes and can be combined
with other treatments.
SEQUENTIAL COMPRESSON THERAPY $40 - $80 LPE - Lympha Press - Equine is an exclusive
sequential compression device for horses. There are fewer than six systems in the world, and we have one of them! This
system provides sequential compression of the leg from the coronet band to the upper gaskin area. Very helpful for any swelling,
edema, lymphanghitis, of the leg. Typically done two legs at a time versus four. Air pressure and duration of
treatment can be tailored to the need of the individual.
FARM CALLS Due to the relentless price increases
for gasoline, I must charge for barn calls outside of my immediate market area. Rates are mileage based between $25
and $45 a trip, but will be waived for three or more appointments at the same facility on the same day. When calling for an
appointment, please ask for a farm call quote.
