 We have our NEW 2013
Program Dates!

September 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 2013

The pilot program is a condensed but thorough training in equine massage. 24 hours of classroom work include equine anatomy, muscle physiology, massage techniques, assessment of the horse, record keeping, interacting with clients, and starting your business. 24 hours of hands on instruction and practice is also included.  Successful completion of the program requires 100% attendance, grades of 80% or better on written exams, and passing a hands-on practical exam on the final day.  Upon completion of the program, students will receive a diploma. All tuition paid by graduates is immediately credited to their student account should they wish to pursue additional certification through Michigan Equine Therapy Academy in the 300 hour program. Tuition for the Pilot Program is ONLY $725.

Hands on training will take place at Pine Meadow Ranch in Novi, MI (near I-96 and Beck Road). Classroom training will be at the Suburban Collection Showcase Conference Center nearby. Class hours will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with one hour lunch break each day. This will be a small, select group that will be asked to evaluate and validate our new program.  Students will receive a textbook and certificate of completion after passing a written and practical exam. There will be a one-time discount (50%) for approved students enrolling in the pilot program. Tuition paid will also be credited towards future course work for certification. This is a great opportunity to get into the program on the ground floor!
