I LOVE MY JOB!

After a successful career in the automotive industry, I returned to my first love - working with animals.  Michigan Equine Therapy was founded in 2004, and has grown steadily ever since thanks to the wonderful support of my valued clients, many of whom have also become good friends.

I take my work very seriously and become personally involved with my clients' horses and treat them as though they are my own.  It is very fulfilling when the horses greet me upon arrival and express their pleasure during the massage. (See Eddie's story on the client page). It is also greatly rewarding when clients tell me that my work has helped their horse make great improvements in its quality of life or even its performance.

I have been fortunate to collaborate with other wonderful equine professionals to achieve great success on horses that were given up on by the traditional veterinary establishment. I am very grateful for the lessons I have learned from these incredible mentors.

OUR MISSION:

to provide the highest quality personalized care for your horse.

to provide effective  complementary therapies to improve the horse's overall health and well-being.

to work cooperatively with veterinarians, chiropractors, farriers, and other providers to ensure that the overall health of the horse is being optimized.

to act as a resource to horse owners and horse professionals in providing timely and useful information on horse care and horse health issues.

to provide state-of-the-art health and wellness products and services for horse and rider.

Professionalism you can count on ....
